The property was purchased in the Nottinghamshire area, the property was in a state of disrepair and was un-mortgageable. As the building was a substantial size, our team had the vision to split the property into, two 3 storey houses, which would maximize the full value of the property and the returns. Our in-house architect drew the plans, we obtained planning consent and fully renovated the properties to a very high standard, which was reflected in the 2 valuations obtained and the comments made by the surveyor.
